This Privacy Policy applies to the website at hashtagfirst.in and enquiries sent to Hashtagfirst through its forms, email or linked contact channels. “Hashtagfirst”, “we” and “us” refer to the brand operating this website. The legal contracting party for a paid engagement will be identified in the relevant proposal, contract or invoice. 2. Information you may provide
Depending on the form, you may provide your name, work email, phone number, PIN code, business or brand name, website URL, preferred service, approximate budget, project details, tool results or campaign brief. Please do not send passwords, payment credentials, government identity numbers or other sensitive personal information through a general enquiry form.
3. Why we use it
- To respond to an enquiry or request you submit.
- To understand the project context you voluntarily share and prepare a relevant response.
- To prevent spam, misuse or security incidents.
- To maintain records where reasonably needed for business operations, contractual obligations or applicable law.
We do not treat submitting an enquiry as consent to receive unrelated marketing newsletters. Any future marketing subscription should have a separate, clear opt-in and a simple way to unsubscribe.
4. How form submissions work
When the server-side form endpoint is enabled and configured, form details are sent to hello@hashtagfirst.in through the hosting provider’s email service. This static-site build does not intentionally store form contents in a website database. Email copies may remain in the mailbox and backups according to the mailbox provider’s settings and our operational practices. If the server email function is not configured, forms may not be delivered; confirm delivery during deployment.
5. Service providers and sharing
We may rely on hosting, domain, email and security providers to operate the website and receive enquiries. The current design also requests fonts from Google Fonts; your browser makes a connection to Google to retrieve those font files, and the provider may process technical connection data. We may rely on these providers only as needed for their services. We do not sell enquiry information. We may disclose information where legally required, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a business transfer where permitted by law.
6. Cookies, analytics and embedded services
The included website build does not add third-party advertising pixels or analytics scripts by default. The hosting provider may process technical server logs. If analytics, advertising pixels, embedded media, chat widgets or other tracking tools are added later, this policy and any appropriate consent controls should be updated before launch.
7. Retention and security
We aim to keep enquiry information only for as long as reasonably needed to answer the request, maintain necessary business records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. Access to the enquiry mailbox should be limited to authorised people. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Enquiry records are reviewed periodically and retained only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, subject to any longer period required for contracts, accounting, dispute resolution or applicable law. The business should apply this approach consistently to its mailbox and backups.
8. Your requests
You can request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information you provided, subject to applicable law and necessary recordkeeping. Contact hello@hashtagfirst.in with the subject “Privacy request”. We may ask for reasonable information to identify the relevant enquiry. We will respond in accordance with applicable requirements.

This website is intended for business and professional enquiries and is not designed to solicit information from children.
