2. Free tools and estimates
The scorecard, budget planner and brief builder provide general planning aids. Outputs depend on the inputs and assumptions entered. The scorecard is a self-assessment, not a technical crawl or audit. Calculator outputs are not financial forecasts, promises of performance or professional advice. Verify assumptions against your own data before making spending decisions.
3. Marketing services
Services, fees, deliverables, payment milestones, access requirements, review rounds, timelines, third-party costs, cancellation rules and ownership terms for a paid engagement should be documented in a written proposal or contract before work starts. If a signed agreement conflicts with these general website terms, the signed agreement will govern the relevant service matter to the extent permitted by applicable law.
4. No guaranteed outcomes
Search rankings, advertising performance, reach, enquiries, revenue and platform approvals depend on many factors outside the studio’s control. We do not guarantee a specific Google ranking, including position one, a specific number of leads, sales, return on ad spend or business result. Any estimate should be clearly identified as an estimate and based on stated assumptions.
5. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise in a separate agreement, website text, design systems, graphics, tools and code are owned by or licensed to Hashtagfirst. You may not reproduce or commercially republish them without permission. Content you submit remains yours, but you authorise us to use it as reasonably necessary to respond to your request or deliver an agreed service.

Marketing work may depend on platforms such as Google, Meta, hosting providers, email services or other third parties. Their terms, availability, review processes, prices and features may change.
